HEALTHY PUPPY GUARANTEE
I, Terri J. Coulter, guarantee your puppy to be healthy under the
following conditions.
It has been dewormed at 3 weeks of age. At six weeks of age it was
examined by a veterinary and it has received its first series of
immunizations (DA2P-P) and was dewormed a second time.
I will warranty this puppy for the next 30 days to be free of the
following puppy diseases:
Distemper, Adenovirus 2, Para Influenza, and Parvovirus.
If your puppy gets sick it must be taken to a licensed veterinarian for
examination. If your veterinarian says the puppy has one of the above
listed diseases I require a second opinion before any claim can be made
against me. I require a second opinion be made at BRADLEY VETERNARY
HOSPITAL by Jerry Bancroft. I will pay for this visit to BRADLEY VETERNARY
HOSPITAL. If your puppy is found to be sick with any of the above listed
diseases I will replace the puppy. If I have no other puppy to replace
yours with, I will collect all paper work of your puppy and make a full
refund of the puppy’s purchase price. I will not refund or replace if your
puppy is sick with any other diseases.
If your puppy should die it will have a DNA test to prove it was the puppy
I sold, and then autopsied by BRADLEY VETERNARY HOSPITAL to insure in fact
it died of one of the above listed diseases before I will replace your
puppy or refund the purchase price. Both parents have had a DNA test and
parentage of your puppy can be proved.
Both parents’ hips have been OFFA certified Good. However there is still a
15% chance that any puppy will have Hip Dysplasia. Feeds as well as
genetics are contributors to the hip problem as stated by the OFFA.
Therefore I DO NOT guarantee the hips.
The ears are a fragile part of your puppy and damage to them at early
stages can affect the way they stand. Damage can come from something as
simple a rubbing them wrong or children pulling on them. Puppies generally
show signs of the ears standing by 3-4 months. They will stand sometimes
one at a time and then lay back down. It is possible that they will be as
much as a year old before their ears stays erect.
Therefore I DO NOT guarantee the ears to stand erect.
I cannot control how this puppy is taken care of once it leaves my home so
I cannot unconditionally guarantee it.
If I am taken to court over anything that has to do with the sale of this
puppy please understand that you may be held responsible for ALL my court
cost and ALL my Attorney fees.
